I would like to ask fellow sailors: is it easy to work as an instrument technician in MTO production facilities? I want to work on MTO projects as an instrument technician
I am working in the field of instrumentation for MTO units. The types of instruments used include, for reactors/regenerators: temperature, density, pressure, differential pressure, level measurement devices, laser particle size analyzers, slide valves, and orifice plates. For the three spinners in the regenerator, there are laser flue gas analyzers, particle size analyzers, slide valves, as well as double-flange differential pressure sensors, temperature, and pressure sensors for measuring the liquid level in the drum. It is important to pay attention to the operation of the backflow system for the reactor instruments. There are 2 main fans, a fuel gas boiler, a startup heating furnace, a waste heat boiler, and a CO combustion furnace. Quench water scrubber towers, wastewater stripping towers, and other equipment. All types of instruments are available.
