The unit plans to purchase one soon; I’m not sure about its quality
When it comes to air compressors alone, I don’t think they’re that great~~ The impellers tend to accumulate dust, which results in low pressure in summer and increased energy consumption~~ As for clean gases (such as pure nitrogen), the compressors work fairly well~~ It’s still recommended to choose brands like Atlas or Ingersoll Rand~~
It’s fair to say that, and their permissions are basically not expanded. If the gas flow rate is unstable, the compressor will load and unload frequently
The gas supply on our end is quite stable, so we don’t encounter frequent shutdowns. It’s just that with one Sullair air compressor, things get problematic in the summer~~ Hehe~~
Dust on the impeller shouldn’t have much impact on the machine, unless it can clean itself. It mainly depends on whether it’s durable or not
I’ve used a total of 7 units. Not bad – there were basically no major repairs over 5 years, but that’s on the condition that proper maintenance was carried out
What needs to be maintained? Please give some guidance. Thank you
An improperly designed impeller will accelerate the process of dust accumulation~~
You don’t need to spend any money on purchasing equipment at all. As far as I know, Shanghai Huihang Energy-Saving Equipment Co., Ltd. can provide energy-saving air compressors to customers free of charge; They recover the cost of the equipment through the savings generated, and they are also responsible for its maintenance during use.
The quality is good; it meets the basic requirements for use
Whatever the model, it must be profitable; otherwise, no one would engage in it.
