Do the inlet and outlet valves need to be closed before starting a turbine compressor?
Open the imports and exports – why close them?

Turbine compressors belong to centrifugal compressors. Before starting up, open the inlet fully; once the current stabilizes, open the outlet valve. Then adjust the outlet valve according to the circulating air volume
Ensure the motor performs minimal work to prevent excessive current from damaging the coils
Keep the inlet slightly open, keep the return line fully open; once the unit is operating normally, close the outlet of the return line
What’s the logic behind leaving it slightly ajar? ? ? ? ?
Keeping it slightly open prevents overcurrent; the opening degree of our catalytic fans is around 6%
If the opening degree is too large, the starting current will exceed the limit; therefore, the opening degree needs to be controlled
I don’t have enough experience; it’s the first time I’ve heard of imported micro-valves. What about your backup equipment, and the condition of those imported valves – will they be able to be activated in time?
