Seeking details on the process flow of the acrylonitrile plant
The design institute knows the detailed process; I only know that there are waste gas and wastewater recovery systems included
The propylene amin oxidation process takes place in a fluidized bed reactor, with excess ammonia being absorbed using sulfuric acid; I can’t remember the subsequent steps, but there’s plenty of information available online

If you want to know the detailed process, then spend some money and go to an acrylonitrile plant to learn for half a year. What is learned from books seems shallow; to truly understand something, one must put it into practice.
