How is the ash from thermoelectric high-temperature furnaces generally recycled, and can rare metals such as titanium oxide be recovered from it? Can titanium metal be extracted from it?
This depends on the composition of the ash and the form of titanium. There are studies on extracting metals from coal ash; you can search for relevant literature.
