Has anyone from Haiyou heard of Zhejiang Engineering Design Co., Ltd., whose predecessor was Quhua? Those who are aware of this situation, please share your information; I’d be very grateful! I mainly want to know about the overall quality of this design institute, how many projects it has, what the salaries are, and so on.
As far as I know, there are many projects in the fine chemicals sector; there doesn’t seem to be anything outstanding in the area of large-scale chemical manufacturing. The compensation for newcomers is quite average, though the standards are fairly good
It’s not clear whether they are state-owned enterprises now; the work atmosphere and such should have characteristics typical of state-owned enterprises. Is the nature of the company important for those who work in design? Don’t tell me anything about job positions or something like that...
There’s no other meaning to it; it’s just to get some understanding. . The design is the same everywhere; if it’s a state-owned enterprise, things can be more formal and the benefits better. . . :L
I’ve heard people in the industry say that joining the Academy of Engineering can serve as a good stepping stone; technical skills are sufficient, but there might not be many benefits to be gained from it
No, I’ll learn more about it first; we’ll decide once the situation improves! Engaging in environmental protection by doing irregular things hinders development
Where are you saying to jump from as a springboard? I just jumped out. . . I had been doing design work for many years before. .
You can set things right – make your own operations as proper as possible, so that in the future others will have to follow your lead. Talk to the management about this
What to talk about. . It’s useless; the overall standard isn’t met, and no one follows the rules. Is it useful to go and talk to them about following those rules? I just need to follow the standards for my own projects; as for those of others, it’s beyond my capabilities. I’m still getting used to it.
