Is the synthesis tower one meter long? Is it still one meter in diameter? Check whether the valve opening for cold shock is the same as before, and whether the space velocity is at an optimal level. Catalyst poisoning, reduced activity, and damage to internal components can all lead to an increase in pressure difference. Could you explain this in more detail? The main issue is high resistance to cold flow; the resistance in the synthesis tower is not high
It’s probably blocked inside the cold junction, with dirty stuff like catalyst ash and oil clogging it up
