Everyone will surely encounter safety-related issues during the production process, such as unsafe instructions from supervisors and safety precautions required during production. If you have any good ideas, suggestions, or requests, we hope everyone will feel free to share them here!
Our safety management is quite good; we have obtained certification for our environmental and occupational health management systems as well as passed inspections related to standardized safe production practices. Employees are allowed to refuse to carry out production tasks in the presence of unsafe conditions. We encourage employees to identify such risks, and those who do so are given certain rewards (the amount is not large; it’s mainly meant to motivate everyone to participate).
Our on-site managers are responsible for tasks such as ensuring safety and implementing 5S management; a safety training session is held every month, but there are only penalties and no rewards^_^
