Progress of Weihua Group’s ethylene glycol project

The 300,000-ton ethylene glycol project in Bin County, built by Weihua Group, started operations in the second half of 2015. Does anyone know why no staff have been hired for this project – are employees borrowed from Weihua Group, or what’s the reason? Thank you!
The overall environment is not favorable at the moment, and projects are progressing slowly; only some of the technical leaders from WeiHua are involved currently
Thank you! :Regarding the handshake, I know that the design contract has already been signed; according to the normal schedule, it should be time for the responsible persons from various departments to get involved. But there’s still no movement, hehe!
Do you need a project manager? I’m very familiar with coal-based ethylene glycol.
