My English is not good. The vast majority of check valves are installed at the outlet of mechanical pumps, with a small number installed on the feed lines of containers. The installation method is usually indicated on the PID ; If not specified, it depends on the specific structure. The dimensions are usually listed on the material list. If the design institute does not provide it, you may purchase the one with a higher specification based on your own selection of pipelines.

I think it should be a butterfly double-disc check valve with a butt-welding connection style, meaning it has only two flanges, which is different from traditional flange connections (which usually involve four flanges). This design allows for a reduction in the valve’s weight, lowers the additional stress exerted by the valve on the pipeline, and also helps to reduce costs. Such a structure is widely used on butterfly valves.
