Shenhua’s coal-to-olefins projects

Are there any of you who are insiders at Shenhua or know the ins and outs? 1. Oil prices have remained very low so far this year, and it is unlikely that they will see much improvement in the next one or two years ； 2. Not long ago, Shenhua released its semi-annual financial results; although they were still relatively good among coal companies, they had declined significantly compared to previous periods ； 3. New policies were introduced some time ago to reduce deferred investments ； Therefore, I would like to know whether the next three Shenhua projects – Shenhua Baotou Phase II, Shenhua Hulunbuir, and Shenhua Ordos Phases I, II, and III – will proceed as scheduled Will it still be postponed?

It is suggested that the author **should change, mainly depending on oil prices.
Hulunbuir started preparing for this project in 2005, but so far there hasn’t been much progress; think about it...:)
