Who knows the steps to calibrate a Siemens gas chromatograph Maxum?
Do you mean calibrating using software or calibrating directly on the gauge?
What I mean is to calibrate the flow path using gauge pressure
It’s all MAXUM II now, dear. Some watches can be calibrated using a calibration flow path, while others cannot
Is there any difference in calibrating the flow path with standard gas compared to domestic chromatography?
5. Calibration of the chromatograph 1) After performing measurements over at least 5 cycle periods as part of the step to verify measurement accuracy, if a large measurement error is detected, it is necessary to calibrate the chromatograph. 2) Press the HOLD button on the MMI control panel, and wait until the clock stops at the end of the cycle before proceeding to the next steps. 3) Ensure that the pressure of the calibration gas cylinder is set to 0.2–0.5 KG/CM2, and the flow rate is set to 20–40 L/H. 4) Press key M-2-7-1 on the MMI control panel to enter the calibration page. First press the START MANUAL button, then press the RUN button to perform manual calibration; at this point, the cycle clock will begin timing. Please maintain this state for at least 5 cycle periods. 5) After running several cycle periods, go to the M-2-7-3-3 page and press the ACCEPT FACTORS button to update the correction factors. 6) After the factor update is complete, go to the M-2-7-1 calibration page; press the HOLD button first, then the STOP CALIB button to end the calibration. 7) Turn off the calibration gas and turn on the process gas 《as per items 1–11》. 8) Press the Home key to return to the main page; press RUN to activate the chromatograph and enter the process medium measurement mode.
