Issues with the safety valve and burst disc venting in silicon powder tanks

Our equipment is equipped with a rupture disc at the top of the process design for on-site venting; however, in actual production, on-site venting can easily lead to safety incidents such as deflagration and fires. At present, the root valve is in the closed position, but this does not comply with safety management regulations. So I would appreciate it if my colleagues here could offer some good suggestions. Additionally, silicon powder can easily cause friction on safety valves and root valves; therefore, we would also appreciate it if you could recommend some good valves and other equipment.
