Onboarding training is generally handled by the Human Resources department, with the company’s safety team being responsible for its implementation. Once employees enter the workshop, they receive additional training there. In principle, they are not allowed to start working until 6 months have passed, so problems rarely occur. However, if issues do arise, these employees are all held jointly liable.
It is difficult to dedicate 72 hours to specialized off-the-job training. If an accident happens, just leave it to fate.
