You didn’t go for an interview or try to find out anything about the company on your own; you don’t seem to know much about this maintenance company – it’s probably some kind of after-sales service business. I’m not sure. You can work at a chemical company :)
One is a position with Party A and the other one is with Party B. In terms of the type of position, those with Party A are better as one doesn’t have to put up with much pressure. If the maintenance company operates under the umbrella of Dafang and its operations are stable, then it’s better to work for that maintenance company; after all, Nanjing Dafang is quite significant
It’s in the area around the big factories. I hope to achieve something significant in the field of mechanical equipment in the future; I’m not sure if a maintenance company is the right place for that
There’s one more small concern regarding the chemical plant: I hope to have one son and one daughter in the future, but my colleagues who started working there at the same time as me have all had daughters. . . :funk:
It’s better to work in equipment management; working for a maintenance and installation company is too dangerous. Installation alone is okay though.
The machine is stopped during maintenance, so the risk should be low
It’s parking, replacement, cleaning, and gas protection – yet even these cannot guarantee absolute safety.

I know repair and installation companies very well; they are our pressure vessel suppliers, former state-owned enterprises that have been restructured, and they’re all experienced professionals. If you want to learn something, I recommend going to Zhongsheng Group; it might be a bit tiring, but there’s truly an endless amount of things to learn there. But the industry is not doing well these days; I’m not sure if they will hire anyone
There are indeed many old hands. There are few opportunities to get in now
