Unlike piping diagrams, there is no specified size for valves in flowcharts.

A process flow diagram focuses mainly on the direction of the flow, the media involved, and the diameter of the pipes. As for the type of valves, it is indicated as well, but there is no specification regarding their size!
There are recommended values for font size, which can be referred to using the values specified in the standard guidelines……
According to HG20519, the dimensions of valve legend symbols are generally 4 mm in length and 2 mm in width, or 6 mm in length and 3 mm in width; it’s not up to personal preference – there are specific regulations
I think, for a company or a technical department, this should be standardized and made consistent as a whole, except for software; only in this way will the output drawings be uniform. Otherwise, everyone will have different results, which affects the company’s overall image. Hehe, we use CAD for hand-drawing.
