Besides graphs, what other methods are there to determine whether the stress-relief heat treatment has met the requirements?

Generally, no inspections are carried out; the construction management unit should just check the records, while at the installation site we look for signs. But I’ve seen cases where hardness was measured in order to determine whether heat treatment was necessary.
