For non-caking coals, what are the issues with removing the stirrer in BGL gasifiers?
If it is truly non-adherent coal, removing the mixer while keeping the coal feeder in place can increase the amount of gas produced, thereby increasing the volume of the gasifier. Increase the analysis of raw gas to prevent air pockets and channeling inside the furnace.
But if bias flow or wind tunneling actually occurs when stirring is stopped, wouldn’t there be no good way to deal with it? !
What is the function of the coal distribution and mixing device? It is used to break down viscosity, as well as to adjust operating conditions – has the original poster taken this into account? The problems after cancellation could be significant. The issue regarding gas production mentioned upstairs just now isn’t a problem. Think about the reason yourself.
