Regarding pipe penetration through fire dikes in tank areas

May I ask, if there is a row of pipes (a large number of them) that need to pass through a fire dike, should the pipes be distributed across different locations for passage, or can they all be arranged in one row to pass through the fire dike?
Spreading the tubes out makes it easier to seal them.
One cannot pass through the firewall directly; a detour is required.
I’m more concerned about how to effectively seal tubes; are there any good sealing methods?
It should be concentrated a bit to facilitate construction.
A sleeve needs to be added, with both ends of the sleeve sealed
