It shouldn’t make much of a difference. How low is the PH level you’re referring to, OP?

In my opinion, PH has nothing to do with waste discharge
1. By turning off the continuous operation, it is possible for the pH value of the water in the waste tank to rise from 6 to 8. This occurs because the water in the waste tank continuously vaporizes and turns into steam; as a result, the alkaline substances in the waste tank become more concentrated, which leads to an increase in the pH value. 2. The pH value of boiler water is generally above 8; even when the continuous and intermittent drainage systems are activated, the pH value of the water in the waste boiler should not drop below 8. The likely cause of this phenomenon is a leak in the tubes of the waste boiler, although the amount of leakage may be small. 3. It is recommended that you analyze the pH value of the boiler water entering the waste heat boiler to check if there are any issues In addition, analyze whether there are gases such as CO and H2 in the steam to further determine if there is an internal leak in the waste boiler.
