We maintain thermoelectric vapor dosing system analyzers. The ion exchange column resin used in the analyzer’s preprocessing needs to be replaced once a week; otherwise, the conductivity will be too high. The frequency is too high, resulting in a large workload. I would like to ask the experts to analyze what causes this issue and find a solution. Thank you first!
This is originally a consumable; the only things to consider are the amount of resin and the amount of sample taken. Have you set the exchange resin too far ahead, including the rapid circuit as well? Or is the amount of resin too low?
