My registered consulting engineer certificate has been kept at the company. Recently, they informed me that the certificate is missing and asked what I should do I’m very angry; the people in the technical department have no sense of responsibility at all. What should I do now? Can a lost certificate be reissued?
A certificate issued by the employer should be used to apply for a replacement at the original issuing authority, which keeps copies and records of such applications.
If a certificate is lost, it can be reissued. Go to the original issuing authority to obtain a replacement
Got it, thank you. It’s great that it’s possible to reissue it. I was wondering if the process for reissuing it is complicated?
Be sure not to lose your professional qualification certificate! It’s very troublesome!
Obtain a certificate from the employer and go to the original issuing authority to reissue it
Mine was also lost by my employer; I’m in the process of getting it replaced, and it seems I need to prepare the necessary documents according to local regulations
Oh, I should also urge my employer to obtain the certificate as soon as possible. What are the local notices?
Was it reissued? What is the procedure like?
Not yet; the company says they’re busy lately and don’t have time, we’ll talk about it again in a while! I’m frustrated!
