Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager for Engineering Plastics (work location: Pudong, Shanghai). Job description: In line with the company’s marketing strategies, carry out customer relationship management, fulfill the sales targets for the company’s PC and PC blend modification products, and contribute to the development of the market for the company’s PC products. 1. Assist the project manager in establishing a comprehensive sales strategy, develop and implement detailed sales plans, and meet sales targets as well as collection goals； 2. Establish good cooperative relationships with customers and peers in the industry, and guide and control the direction and progress of sales activities ； 3. Keep track of market trends, be familiar with market conditions and possess unique insights; conduct customer analysis, build customer relationships, and uncover user needs ； 4. Assist in handling complaints from key clients, track the resolution of these complaints, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys ； 5. Gain in-depth understanding of the industry and stay abreast of the latest sales trends to provide a basis for the company’s business development strategies. Job requirements: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher; those with a degree in polymer science or chemical engineering are preferred ； 2. Sales of engineering plastics such as PC, PC alloys, PMMA, ABS, or PA; with more than 3 years of experience ； 3. A deep understanding of marketing activities, strong ability to grasp market trends and directions, as well as keen market awareness ； Able to adapt to frequent business trips ； Possesses good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
