I currently work at a small design firm in Shandong. I want to apply for an assistant-level professional title, but the application software downloaded from the professional title website will not work. It took a whole month of intermittent efforts before I realized that what was needed was to create a database; I was completely overwhelmed by this task. The rest of the people in the company were from Shandong Province, and I was trying to set up a database for professional titles from another province. After figuring it out today, I’ve been in a bad mood. I have no mood to work at all. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
It has to be this complicated just to apply for an assistant professional title? I’m shocked:L. When I applied, it seemed like I just needed to fill out a form and then I could get the certificate:lol
