What are the symptoms of catalyst deactivation due to transformation?
1. The conversion rate decreases. 2. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the converter decreases. 3. Steam consumption increases. 4. The conversion rate of organic sulfur decreases. 5. The resistance of the catalyst bed may increase.
It is mainly reflected in an increase in the carbon monoxide content at the outlet of the converter, as well as a small rise in temperature across various sections of the bed
1. Low furnace temperature; it’s not possible to raise the temperature. 2. Low conversion rate.
