Whenever the heat transfer medium system in our plant is opened for maintenance, air gets in, and during the next operation, some of the furnace tubes will inevitably reach high temperatures. Although there are exhaust positions, their arrangement is unreasonable; the air resistance mainly occurs in the U-shaped furnace tubes of the furnace’s radiation chamber. Is there any effective way to exhaust air during operation? It is also very difficult to install exhaust piping at the site at present.

Can’t we add a connection at the exhaust location to connect a small vacuum pump? I haven’t come into contact with it; it’s just a suggestion
