I already replaced the screw compressor’s rotor once, as the belt connecting the drive shafts was too tight, resulting in the breakage of the input shaft of the rotor. After it was working normally for some time, I noticed that recently it could no longer keep up with the air demand; it kept showing that it was still loading, without being able to release air at all. The required air pressure is between 0.6 and 0.8 bars, but currently it can only achieve a pressure of around 0.65–0.68 bars. I’m not sure what the reason for this is.
