Clause 9.1.1.3 of GB/T151-2014: For fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers, space should be reserved at one end for replacing the heat exchange tubes； Space should be left at the other end for removing and installing the tube box and cover. Question: How can heat exchange tubes be replaced in a fixed-type tube sheet? If not, do we still need to reserve this space?
