As the company expands its business and establishes a new subsidiary, the question is: how can the parent company’s design qualifications be transferred? Can it continue to be used without transfer? Should a new company apply for the qualifications?
Go and ask at the Construction Department. We don’t know this
Is the company still hiring? Lol. . . .
Sure, it’s a good opportunity – are those upstairs interested? :lol
Someone suggested: two brands, one core team, working from the same office – do you think that would work?
I’ve never encountered the situation of qualification transfer; however, shared use of qualifications is possible, as long as the parent company provides a certificate. Authorize the wholly-owned subsidiary to carry out business activities under the parent company’s qualifications.
Haichuan is truly omnipotent – it has everyone kind of talent!
I have also seen cases where parent and subsidiary companies share such qualifications, but from the perspective of independent legal entities, such qualifications cannot be inherited or used across companies. Even in the case of a wholly-owned subsidiary, the parent company is only liable up to the amount of capital it has invested, rather than bearing unlimited liability like the subsidiary would. Especially with regard to design responsibilities nowadays – the person who designs something is responsible for it; if something goes wrong, I believe the parent company won’t be able to take responsibility. So, the approach of sharing qualifications between a parent company and its subsidiaries does not work.
For the same legal entity, it should be specified in the procedural documents. 2 companies, one set of staff, one system.
They are not the same legal entity. . So two certificates are needed.
