Everyone, could we discuss here the characteristics of dilute-phase and dense-phase transportation, as well as the criteria for selecting a process? Learn together* to improve.
Lean-phase transport: Characterized by high air volume and low catalyst amount. Dense-phase transport: Involves transport via static pressure difference, with air serving only to loosen the catalyst.
What are the criteria for choosing between the two conveying methods? :)
Slurry transport is suitable for large-scale additives or admixtures, while thin-film transport is appropriate for small-scale additives or auxiliaries
Slurry transport: Suitable for materials with a short distance to be transported and good fluidity. Lean-phase conveying: Suitable for long distances, with multiple feed points and a single discharge point; it is typically used to transport powdered, small-particle, or relatively light materials~~
