Have any experts used magnetically driven Roots pumps? What are their performance characteristics? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
Rotary vane pump – does the poster mean a rotary vane rotor pump or a rotary vane vacuum pump? Magnetic drive is generally used to prevent material leakage. I’m not sure what medium the poster intends to transport, nor the specific operating conditions
Roots vacuum pump, to completely solve the oil leakage problem.
I’ve never used it, but it seems high-end; however, your medium appears to be quite special – flammable, explosive, or highly toxic! The risk factor seems a bit high!
