What is the difference in terms of processing between concentrating to 92% and 96%? How much can the energy consumption difference be? What are the acid contents in the wastewater respectively? How should this be estimated? Seek advice from professionals
75% sulfuric acid has a very high boiling point; using steam concentration results in too high negative pressure, so it is not recommended to employ this method. You can instead use fuming sulfuric acid to achieve the desired concentration :)
Does dilute sulfuric acid contain water? Are there any other impurities? Generally, vacuum distillation is used to concentrate it to about 90%; for concentrating fuming sulfuric acid, it is heated to vaporize it into sulfur dioxide, which is then recovered in a series of processes. These two investments differ greatly.
