Refractory materials are installed on the walls of the hot air stove; excessive temperatures can cause damage to the stove itself. Additionally, since the hot air stove is a device that operates at atmospheric pressure, it is necessary to control the pressure in the coal grinding system during its operation, and the oxygen content in this system is generally kept below 8%. Once the oxygen level becomes too high, it is necessary to promptly purge with inert nitrogen to prevent dust explosions. For the gasification furnace, the main thing to pay attention to is that the temperature in the annular chamber must not exceed the allowable limit; moreover, the process of increasing or decreasing the load as well as raising the pressure should not be done too quickly. There aren’t many specific requirements regarding the equipment itself.
