1. The hammer blades are broken, or there are hard debris in the crushing chamber. All of these will cause imbalance in the rotor’s rotation, thereby leading to vibration in the entire machine. Therefore, regular inspections are necessary for hammers that are severely worn. When replacing, replace them symmetrically ; If abnormal noises are heard during the operation of the crusher, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately for inspection, identify the cause, and take action to address it promptly. 2. The crusher rotor is out of alignment. The reason is that the two support surfaces of the rotor shaft are not in the same plane. Copper sheets can be placed on the bottom surface of the support bearing seat, or adjustable wedges can be added at the bottom of the bearing, to ensure that the two shaft ends are concentric. 3. The original balance is disrupted. After motor repair, a dynamic balance test must be conducted to ensure overall balance. 4. If the anchor bolts of the crusher system are loose or the foundation is not solid, these bolts should be tightened evenly during installation or maintenance. A shock-absorbing device should be installed between the foundation and the crusher to reduce vibrations. 5. The motor rotor is not aligned with the crusher rotor. The position of the motor can be moved left or right, or pads can be placed under the motor feet to adjust the concentricity of the two rotors. 6. The connection between the crusher system and other equipment is not proper. For example, improper connections such as feed pipes and discharge pipes can cause vibration and noise. Therefore, for these connections, rigid connections should not be used; soft connections are preferable. 7. The crushing chamber experiences significant vibration. The reason is that the connection between the coupling and the rotor is not centered, or the mass of the flat weights inside the rotor is uneven. Appropriate methods can be employed to adjust the connection between the coupling and the motor, depending on the type of coupling: when the mass of the hammer elements is uneven, it is necessary to reselect each set of hammer elements so that those elements that are symmetrical to each other have an error of less than 5G.
