Liquid level fluctuations

Since the unit started operation, the levels in line 1 and line 2 have fluctuated significantly. The level gauges are of the float type, and we regularly calibrate them to ensure that their readings are accurate. The distillation temperature fluctuates little. I can’t find the reason; I hope experts can give some guidance!
At the beginning of operation, it is necessary to check whether parameters such as feed flow rate and temperature, tower top temperature, and reflux are appropriate and stable; only after that should factors related to the equipment itself be considered, such as the extraction control valve and the amount of extraction.
Try switching to manual control and see whether there are severe fluctuations over a short period of time, or whether the fluctuations occur slowly depending on the valve conditions; investigate step by step. Also, check whether the stripping steam temperature is low or contains water；
