I support the original poster’s suggestion; operating under two standards does indeed present certain difficulties.
Like SH, HG is now under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; there is indeed a high degree of overlap. However, with multiple standards and corresponding performance requirements in place, it’s not so easy for higher authorities to abolish them:lol
