There are two issues: 1. The assessment for assistant engineer is probably relatively easy for many people, but it seems a bit difficult for me at the moment. First, my records are not kept at the human resources department located in the company’s headquarters, so I cannot participate in the assessment process here； Secondly, our company is small, and they claim to lack the qualifications to assess this assistant engineer ； My last hope was to return my documents to the human resources department at my home town after I graduated. It’s a small county town; when I called to ask for advice, they said that in addition to basic documents such as my graduation certificate and employment certificate, I also needed a certificate of continuing education. This continuing education included both general courses and those related to professional skills, and there were class attendance requirements as well. But I simply didn’t have any time for that. My last hope was shattered, and I felt like I had been deceived. 2. Is the assistant engineer certificate that important? How important is it? Will it affect promotion and a raise?
Continuing education doesn’t require attending classes; you just need to buy some books and bring them with you to the exam to consult during it – it’s an open-book exam
Assistants don’t need to take the exam, right? Continuing education is for intermediate and advanced levels
