Regarding the standard SHT3010-2013

Compared to SH3010-2010, the standard SHT3010-2013 removes the chapters on \"Construction of thermal insulation structures\" and \"Inspection and acceptance\". I would like to ask why this part was removed for the new standard. The instructions for thermal insulation work in the project design also state that reference should be made to 3010-2010. If the latest standards are to be followed, then which standard should be used for the construction of the thermal insulation structure?
In my opinion, the parts removed by the new standards should be replaced by standards of a higher level.
