May I ask, which sealing flushing scheme is it where the cooling water for the centrifugal pump first enters the bearing housing and then the mechanical seal? Our centrifugal pump bearing housings don’t have cooling water. Is it true that this type of cooling by water entering the bearing housing isn’t available in every pump, and it depends on the internal structure? Do you also know the exact location where the sealing flush fluid injection unit added for PLAN32 is installed? Is there a diagram of the bearing housing? As a beginner, I haven’t seen much information on its internal structure; I’d be very grateful:P
First question: The cooling of a pump is divided into seal cooling and pump body cooling. The cooling of the bearing housing you mentioned falls under pump body cooling. There seem to be options like D F for the pump body cooling system; I can’t remember the specifics exactly, let me check. Second question: Not every pump has bearing housing cooling water, and you are correct about that. Third question: The flushing fluid of Plan32 is directly applied to the mechanical seal friction pair, thereby cooling the friction pair directly.
