The nominal thickness of the tube box cylinder (for high-neck flanges, this value is taken as the average of the dimensions of the larger and smaller ends of the flange neck); dh represents half of the thickness of the tube box cylinder, which is equivalent to half the average of the dimensions of the larger and smaller ends of a long-neck flange. In the calculations I saw, the value was 26 MM, but on the actual drawings it is specified as 16 MM.
