Usage of metal powder sintered rods

Dear colleagues: We would like to replace the traditional filter rods with those made from sintered metal powder. These are to be used in the production of chemical active pharmaceutical ingredients, for filtering activated carbon. There is very little activated carbon used, and its role is protective. Does anyone among you have experience in this area? How is its performance in practice? II: How to perform reverse cleaning, and what is the service life of the filter rods? III. Where in China are there large manufacturers that produce metal powder filter rods? Thank you all, fellow netizens!

It depends on the particle size of the activated carbon; it can be backwashed online or cleaned offline periodically. As long as the micropores in the filter cartridge remain unclogged, theoretically its lifespan can exceed 5 years. Contact via in-site message
