Could anyone who has any information or papers related to the cutting of mixed oil sections during sequential transportation through petroleum product pipelines share them with me? {:1_90:}

There was a textbook on long-distance pipelines that mentioned formulas for cutting based on different flow regimes, but it’s been too long since I graduated and I can’t remember them.
Over 10 years ago, when I was in school, I remember the teacher saying that there are several methods: 1. Cutting based on density–an on-line density meter needs to be installed； 2. Cutting based on viscosity/flashing point – it is necessary to monitor the position of the oil head and conduct high-density oil analysis.
