The registration for the entrance exam has not started yet; what do you think are the chances of it taking place this year?

Zhejiang Province has already started accepting applications, while other provinces are still studying the examination regulations issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; they need to respond quickly as there isn’t much time left.
Guangdong is also quiet; Sichuan allows registration
