Do \"regular diesel\" and \"National III diesel\" mean the same thing?

As the title suggests, I have a question. What does Sinopec mean by \"regular diesel\"? Is it National III diesel, and are the applicable standards the same?
They’re different; regular diesel is classified based on its uses, while National III diesel is classified according to quality standards. The ordinary counterpart is the unusual ones, such as military fuel and biodiesel.
What are the respective standard specifications for execution? ? ? Are National 3 and National 4 the standards for diesel vehicles?
The standards to be followed can be found online; there are many items included in these standards.
For National III Prichai diesel, only a sulfur content of less than 350 is required; National III diesel also has requirements regarding parameters such as cetane number.
