Heat transfer load margin of tower internals

Could someone explain the purpose and function of calculating a margin in the heat transfer load of the tray in the reflux section during the design of tower internals? Can I skip the calculation?

Does the internal component design require calculation of heat load? What kind of tower is this? For the internal components, hydraulic considerations are usually taken into account; I’ve never encountered situations where thermal factors were considered.
They are the atmospheric tower and the vacuum tower. Domestic tower internals manufacturers all say they can’t do the calculations, but foreign ones can. I don’t know what use this is.
