High school diploma – Intermediate professional title

I am applying for an intermediate professional title in the chemical engineering field in Shanghai this year, and the online application requires the submission of a high school diploma. I have no memory of that diploma at all; it must be lost. What should I do? Since I started college, pursued graduate studies, and began working, I have gone through many things, yet I have never used my high school diploma.
This unit certificate should be fine.
