Isotacticity online analyzer applied in Guangzhou Petrochemical’s polypropylene plant

The isotacticity online analyzer used in Guangzhou Petrochemical’s polypropylene plant passed the technical evaluation conducted by the company’s Technology Department on May 29th. This technology was developed jointly by the Guangzhou Petrochemical and Fine Chemicals Research Institute. 　　The project has developed an online polypropylene analysis system with independent intellectual property rights, which consists of four components: sampling and preprocessing, spectrum acquisition, data communication, and online analysis software. This system is capable of analyzing various properties of the polypropylene powder produced at the M302 outlet, providing real-time measurements of important quality indicators such as vinyl content, isotacticity, and melt index. The accuracy and repeatability of these measurements meet the requirements of standard methods. 　　This system has been successfully applied in the production of polypropylene at the Guangzhou Petrochemical plant, improving the level of automation in analysis there and playing a positive role in enhancing the accuracy of product quality control. @Tianyi, please verify!
