What are the sources of fuel gas? Is there still heavier LPG available? Additionally, as methane hydrogen comes from the various dryers as regenerating gas, does cold blowing cause some heavy hydrocarbons, green oil, and other components to be blown into the fuel gas tank? Is there a vaporizer after the fuel gas separation tank? Is it possible to superheat the fuel gas? If a superheater is available, it should be possible to effectively avoid the problem of liquid content in the fuel gas. In both old units and those in use today, there has been a problem of fuel gas containing liquid, which causes clogging of the burners, especially those in end-cap pyrolysis furnaces.
It is necessary to investigate all sources of the fuel gas; your fuel gas cannot consist only of methane and hydrogen. You should also check the color of the coke particles, as well as whether there are filters or liquid phase separation tanks in the fuel gas system, and whether the fuel gas pipelines are equipped with heating The fuel gas system is dirtier than people think; during our maintenance work, we found a lot of carbon particles in the fuel gas filter
