Can 316L cast steel be used in GC2 pressure pipelines?

Dear everyone, please help me ask a question on behalf of a friend: It’s about a tube section with sealing flanges at both ends, with an outer diameter of 250 mm, a thickness of 20 mm, and a length of 750 mm; the material used is 316L cast steel. Can it be used in pressure pipelines with flammable and explosive media, a pressure of 0.6 MPa, and a design temperature of 200 degrees? Will it violate any regulations? The pipeline is probably GC2, right?
I don’t see any violation of any rules, but I disagree with the idea that design should follow the principle of \"whatever isn’t prohibited by law is allowed.\" Is there really a necessity for 750mm? ;P If it still needs to be used, conduct a full ultrasonic inspection to see if it can reach level L2.5. If that’s the case, there should be no issues with temperature and pressure, after all, cast iron pipes can be used for flammable media at low temperatures and pressures. But if it doesn’t reach that level, I think it’s better to abandon the idea out of safety considerations.
