Um, I really hate the feeling of someone being right behind me! I also find it hard to accept sarcasm that implies hidden meanings! The most important thing is self-esteem; I can’t stand it! It’s very tough for an introverted female employee to be among male colleagues. The installation team once questioned why I was there on such a high construction site, getting in the way, and then turning to ask various questions of our new trainees! There are also times when they ignore my presence and talk directly to the male students! There were also some manufacturers who came for calibration; when they saw that the person being trained was a woman, their expressions and tone showed a hint of disdain! Wait. I just saw a post from a female sea traveler and on impulse I posted these to see if there are any sisters who have had similar experiences! I hope that one day I will become stronger and stronger, strong enough for those snobs to revere me. My goal is to be able to keep my long hair, wear dresses and high heels, while still being able to wear a safety helmet and work clothes as well!
Unbeatable in heart, unbeatable in the whole world; it’s clear that your inner strength is very great
There are certain things that are objective laws and cannot be violated
Compare the salaries – one sister’s worth is equal to several of yours :lol
You go your way, I’ll go mine. What you think of me? What does it have to do with me?
Go your own way and let others talk!
Wearing high heels to the venue is against the rules
Haha, why care what other people think? Shine your brilliance on your own stage
I think you’re overthinking it; others might not be being sarcastic. It’s completely normal to make a joke when you get the chance to see a girl, such a rare sight. Perhaps it’s your introverted personality that makes it hard for you to accept this, but I think for this kind of work, you need to be a bit more outgoing. There is the first type of man, who likes to tease; the second type is exactly the opposite – they are not good at communicating with women, so they talk directly to male students.
As long as one is strong and confident, one can ignore what others say.
